WORKING TOGETHER FOR POSITIVE RESULTS

In our mediation practice at the law office of Constance Langston, in Fort Worth, Texas, we regularly help divorcing couples resolve even the most difficult and emotional disputes.

For many couples, mediation offers a less expensive, less time-consuming, and less adversarial process in which to resolve disagreements over child custody, child and spousal support, division of marital assets and debts, and changes in custody and support.

In mediation, an experienced family law attorney will listen to both sides, ask questions of each party, and try to develop agreements that are favorable for both sides. In mediation, unlike litigation, there are no winners and losers. It is the mediator's job to offer agreements that take both parties interests into account.

Mediation is a collaborative process that requires a commitment by the parties to work together toward a positive result, to avoid litigation, and to treat each other with civility n and respect. For many couples, these are ideal circumstances under which to reach agreements.

If you believe you can benefit from our mediation services, or you just have questions about what mediation can do for you, please contact us. We are happy to answer your questions and schedule an appointment to have you meet with our lawyer.  For your convenience, evening and weekend appointments may be arranged.

The law office of Constance Langston, in Fort Worth, Texas, represents clients in the communities of Fort Worth, Arlington, Weatherford, Cleburn, Denton, and surrounding areas.
